Use it to marinade meat, as a dip for fries or to spread on a sandwich. It’s a great way to add a healthy flavor pop.
Flat leaf Parsley (use between one and two cups of leaves with large stems removed)
Bee Balm Flowers, Monarda citriodora (pull off just the flower, will need about 2 Tablespoons)
3-4 cloves of garlic
½ cup good quality olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
Sea salt, ground pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
Combine all ingredients expect the flowers into a food processer and blend. If you don’t have a food processer just chop the parsley and garlic and mix with the olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Top with bee balm flowers and let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours to a day to develop flavors. Enjoy!
